About Open Textbook Collaborative: Career and Technical Education

The Open Textbook Collaborative (OTC) is a community college-led, statewide collaborative program in New Jersey to fill an important need for open textbooks and other learning resources. OER developed for the OTC was funded by the Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education (FIPSE) of the U.S. Department of Education for the Open Textbooks Pilot grant.
